Venetian Islands

Bayfront Homes With Beautiful Views

The Venetian Islands are a string of manmade islands that connect mainland Miami with Miami Beach.  The Venetian Causeway is the road, with quaint, historic bridges, which connects them.  This was the first access from mainland Miami to Miami Beach.  Both the islands and bridges were built in the early 1900’s.

What makes the Venetian Islands so special?

They offer so many waterfront homes, all with breath-taking views and water access, in a superb location.  No other major city offers the resort-like feel so impossibly close to a booming urban metropolis.  The Venetian Islands are sandwiched between Downtown Miami, with its Arsht Performing Arts Center and Perez Art Museum on one side, and chic Sunset Harbor, with all the latest restaurants and shops on the other. Most of the islands, including Belle Isle, Rivo Alto, Dilido, San Marino, and San Marco Island lay on the Miami Beach side.  Biscayne Island, which was once an airport, is on the Miami side.   So close to everything that makes Miami great, the Venetian Island homes offer a lifestyle far removed from city life with easy access to boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and all the natural beauty of Biscayne Bay.
