Surfside

As its name suggests, Surfside is a beachfront town just north of Miami Beach and south of Bal Harbour. Beachfront condos line the oceafront, while the area to the west offers opportunities for single family living. There are Bayfront homes with beautiful views of Downtown Miami and quaint homes along quiet interior streets at relatively affordable prices for the area.

For years, Surfside was a sleepy beachside community, but no more. The area has been the center of some very, high profile development projects, such as Richard Meier's Surf Club Four Seasons, Fendi Chateau, and Renzo Piano's Eighty-Seven Park. These projects have added a lot of cache to the neighborhood and have definitely helped drive up values.
