Bay Harbor Islands

Bay Harbor Islands still has the charming feel of an older Miami of bygone era. It is composed of two east and west islands just west of Bal Harbour and north of Indian Creek. It is home to over 5,000 residents. The western most island offers single family homes, many with beautiful Bayfront views. The eastern island is a mix of multi-family apartments, new construction condos, townhomes and commercial real estate.

With tons of waterfront and easy access to Haulover Inlet leading out to the open ocean, Bay Harbor is an idea place to keep a boat. When not out one the water, the main road, Broad Causeway, has quaint cafes, shops and restaurants. For serious shopping, Bal Harbour is just a few minutes away, and the beach is just beyond.
