Five Park

Five Park is the biggest thing to happen on Miami Beach - literally. The tower, being developed by a partnership between David Martin (Terra) and Russell Galbut (Cresent Heights) will be 48 stories, the tallest tower ever built on Miami Beach. There are 280 luxury residences and prices start at $2.5M.

Miami Beach is at the epicenter of discussions about sea level rise. This project is meant to be an example of what can be done to address concerns. Along with the tower, a 3 acre Canopy Park is being developed by Arquitectonica GEO featuring Green Resiliency Landscaping. See video below.
