Mr. C Residences

The vision behind Mr. C Residences is Old World simplicity and stylish European glamour, exemplified by the Cipriani brand. Following in the tradition of their forefathers, Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani have created Mr. C, a luxury hospitality and residential brand for elegant modern living. The project is being developed by veteran developer David Martin, the name behind the finest and most well curated developments in South Florida, including, Grove at Grand Bay, Park Grove and 87 Park. Arquitectonica is the architect with interiors by Meyer Davis.

Mr. C’s Residences feature 2 towers with roughly 100 units each. Tower 1 is sold out (as of June 2021), but there are units available in the second tower which overlooks the canopy and Miami skyline. Prices start at $600,000.

This is a really fun project in a great location. Coconut Grove has changed alot! With all the new development that has happened there, It has become a super vibrant place to be. There is no shortage of great restaurants, like Bellini atop Mr. C’s hotel and Planta in Cocowalk or Tigertail and Mary. If you are a sailor, you can check out the waterfront sailing clubs like Coral Reef or Shake a Leg, which offers sailing to the disabled.

Coconut Grove is one of the oldest communities in Miami. It’s really nice to see it revive itself like it has.
