Coconut Grove
Tucked along the shores of the Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove is a unique slice of Miami with a Bohemian flair. It was once Miami’s only neighborhood and original arts district, and today it remains a newly reborn oasis of culture and creativity. Beautiful major developments in recent years have brought much attention to the area. Grove at Grand Bay, designed by starchitect, Bjarke Ingels (BIG) and Park Grove, by Rem Koolhaas (OMA) line the waterfront. In addition, the long anticipated Mr. C’s Residencies, is coming up quickly just next door.
Though it’s located just south of Brickell and Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove enjoys a small-town vibe, far removed from the fast-paced lifestyle of Miami, but without sacrificing style. Destination restaurants like the rooftop Bellini bring an elegant crowd. Coconut Grove homes are cradled in a lush and leafy tree canopy. It is also famous for its excellent schools, like Ransom Everglades and Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, yacht club, and artistic feel.
